ABOUT
Consent

So why consent? And why consent as love?

Consent is a way of life that to me, is a way to be truly loving to the self, the other, the collective, and the earth and it's animals.

It's a framework that offers relating with clarity, respect, full-expression, inclusion, play, joy, community and expansion.

When I first learned about the concepts of consent and what it looks like to create consent culture, it was a no brainer that this is what the world needs to heal, and what we ALL need to feel truly connected and free in all ways.

Humans desire connection above all.
It's been proven time and time again. Our past has looked like getting that connection through taking without asking, causing lots of unnecessary pain and trauma.
Consent culture offers ways to get the connection we need while also honoring those around us, and therefore creating more flow, love, and healing.

We live in a powerful time where the shadow is finally coming into the light to be healed, and what it's begging of us all is to finally start embracing and integrating consent culture in a really good, responsible, and clear way.

I truly see creating consent culture as a spirituality that we have the opportunity to all connect through, together.

I help create this reality in the work that I do, and I encourage you all to help create this reality too.

I would love to work with you!
